• Perform business process analysis and elaborate strategies and plans for MES implementation
• Understand specific customer requirements and map them to solutions from the Critical Manufacturing offering
• Create configurations and customizations tailored to customer needs
• Perform demonstrations of the solution adapted to customer requirements
• Coordinate custom developments required for specific manufacturing environments
• Ensure smooth communication between customers and implementation/development teams
• Oversee implementation, deployment, and user training activities
• Facilitate reviews and signoff of key deliverables and milestones with stakeholders
