About the role

  • **What You Will Do **
  • - Perform business process analysis and elaborate strategies and plans for MES implementation
  • - Understand specific customer requirements and map them to solutions from the Critical Manufacturing offering
  • - Create configurations and customizations tailored to customer needs
  • - Perform demonstrations of the solution adapted to customer requirements
  • - Coordinate custom developments required for specific manufacturing environments
  • - Ensure smooth communication between customers and implementation/development teams
  • - Oversee implementation, deployment, and user training activities
  • - Facilitate reviews and signoff of key deliverables and milestones with stakeholders

Requirements

  • **What You Will Bring**
  • - Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Management Engineering or relevant field
  • - More than 4 years of experience working in manufacturing environments in consulting or project deployment
  • - Exceptional leadership, communication and presentation skills
  • - Strong team player and creative thinker
  • - Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
  • **What We Consider a Plus (not mandatory)**
  • - Experience in deploying software projects to manufacturing
  • - Lean and Six Sigma knowledge
  • - Project Management experience
