About the role

  • Ensure exceptional customer experiences, fostering satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Assist in various aspects of customer communications including email generation, lead management, and light marketing operations.
  • Serve as a bridge between customers and internal departments, ensuring seamless communication.
  • Input, verify, and transfer customer and account information between the Trello system and Microsoft 365 Dynamics CRM.
  • Serve as the main contact for customer order fulfillment requests including sales, technical support, and customer service.
  • Attend client meetings with the CCO/ Founder to document progress of projects within the Project Management system and CRM.
  • Engage as a Point of Contact to our lower-tier customers for order renewals or order processing needs.
  • Provide our lower-tier customers will creative solutions utilizing our e-commerce store.
  • Interact professionally with customers through written and verbal channels.
  • Deliver impactful messaging concisely and professionally.
  • Balance multiple demands and prioritize tasks aligned with business objectives.
  • Adapt swiftly to evolving business needs and company growth.
  • Forge strong internal relationships across various teams to meet customer needs efficiently.
  • Facilitate bi-directional communication across departments.
  • Proactively address customer issues and provide troubleshooting assistance.
  • Utilize data insights to enhance customer engagement and improve their experience.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years proven success in B2B sales support or customer service
  • Strong communication, strategic thinking, analytical, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in ERP and CRM systems
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across departments
  • Basic marketing knowledge and experience is desired, but not required
  • Familiarity with Order Management programs
  • Past experience working in a customer-facing service/ supportive administrative role.
