About the role
- Ensure exceptional customer experiences, fostering satisfaction and loyalty.
- Assist in various aspects of customer communications including email generation, lead management, and light marketing operations.
- Serve as a bridge between customers and internal departments, ensuring seamless communication.
- Input, verify, and transfer customer and account information between the Trello system and Microsoft 365 Dynamics CRM.
- Serve as the main contact for customer order fulfillment requests including sales, technical support, and customer service.
- Attend client meetings with the CCO/ Founder to document progress of projects within the Project Management system and CRM.
- Engage as a Point of Contact to our lower-tier customers for order renewals or order processing needs.
- Provide our lower-tier customers will creative solutions utilizing our e-commerce store.
- Interact professionally with customers through written and verbal channels.
- Deliver impactful messaging concisely and professionally.
- Balance multiple demands and prioritize tasks aligned with business objectives.
- Adapt swiftly to evolving business needs and company growth.
- Forge strong internal relationships across various teams to meet customer needs efficiently.
- Facilitate bi-directional communication across departments.
- Proactively address customer issues and provide troubleshooting assistance.
- Utilize data insights to enhance customer engagement and improve their experience.
Requirements
- 1-3 years proven success in B2B sales support or customer service
- Strong communication, strategic thinking, analytical, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in ERP and CRM systems
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across departments
- Basic marketing knowledge and experience is desired, but not required
- Familiarity with Order Management programs
- Past experience working in a customer-facing service/ supportive administrative role.
