About the role
- Own and evolve our custom ClearView Retail solutions
- Act as the bridge between our clients and internal teams, including Data Engineering, Business Intelligence, and Customer Success
- Define and deliver impactful solutions that address real-world retail challenges
- Drive product strategy for our custom solutions
- Gather and prioritise customer requirements, market trends, and business objectives
- Translate customer needs into detailed features, user stories, and technical specifications
- Work with internal stakeholders to ensure end project deliverables meet requirements
- Design new features with a focus on usability and measurable value
- Create relevant documentation
- Standardise existing custom solutions across multiple clients
- Facilitate data discovery sessions with clients
- Continuously assess performance of our Retail Enterprise solutions and incorporate feedback to inform future development
Requirements
- Proven experience in product management or related role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong analytical mindset with experience working with large and complex datasets
- In-depth industry knowledge
- Project management skills with the ability to coordinate internal teams
- Demonstrated ability to work directly with clients at all organisational levels including executives
- Experience working in an agile environment
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently and drive results in a fast-paced environment
