About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identify and qualify potential leads
- Conduct preliminary research to understand a prospective customer
- Effectively communicate product value to prospects
- Actively follow up with prospects to nurture relationships
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales campaigns
- Utilize CRM software to track and manage sales activities
- Stay up to date with industry trends
- Continuously develop sales skills and product knowledge
Requirements

- Eager to learn and improve
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- High integrity
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Willing to travel occasionally for client meetings or industry events.
- Desire to pursue a career in sales
- Preferred: Experience as an Inside Sales Representative or in a similar sales role
- Preferred: A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Preferred: Previous experience as a clinical research site coordinator or a highly similar position.
