About the role

Lead user research initiatives, including interviews, usability testing, and analysis, translating findings into actionable design decisions
Lead the design process from initial concept through final delivery, producing wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that clearly communicate intent to both stakeholders and engineers.
Apply and actively contribute to the design system, ensuring visual and interaction consistency, scalability, and reusability across the product portfolio.
Design for accessibility and champion inclusive design practices throughout the product development lifecycle.
Present and articulate design decisions clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
Work closely with engineers to ensure design intent is faithfully implemented, participating in sprint ceremonies as needed.

5+ years of Product Design experience developing user experiences and interface designs
Experience owning end-to-end design work across one or more product areas — from discovery and research through to detailed interaction design and implementation
Expertise in UX Design: wireframing, user journeys, interaction design, and prototyping
Expertise in UI Design: branding, visual design, layouts, and high-fidelity mockups
Hands-on experience creating, contributing to, and managing a design system
Solid knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards and how to apply and champion them in practice
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to effectively communicate with developers
Proficiency in Figma
