About the role
- Responsible for leading and scaling CRIO's sales efforts to clinical research sites
- Encompasses strategic oversight of the site sales organization, team development, and accountability for achieving ambitious site revenue targets
- Directly manage a team of Account Executives and Site Business Development Representatives
- Collaborate closely with the broader commercial team and Customer Success and Product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and optimize the site acquisition funnel
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in sales
- Recent, hands-on experience selling into clinical research sites
- 5+ years of experience selling eClinical technology solutions
- Proven experience managing sales teams and/or inside sales teams
- Strong sales operations knowledge and experience, particularly in developing and executing outbound sales strategies
- Extensive network of connections within the clinical research site community
- Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding challenging sales goals
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making abilities
- Excellent coaching and talent development capabilities
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Ability to collaborate and influence cross-functionally
- Experience with Salesforce and sales enablement tools
- Bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, or related field
