• Plan and create content across our channels — LinkedIn, website, email, and beyond — that reflects the mpro5 voice and supports our go-to-market messaging
• Manage our organic social presence, primarily LinkedIn, with a clear understanding of what works for a B2B audience
• Work with subject matter experts internally to turn customer stories, product updates, and industry insights into compelling content
• Own and manage our HubSpot CRM from a marketing perspective — lists, workflows, sequences, and reporting
• Build and optimise email marketing campaigns and nurture flows that support pipeline at every stage of the funnel
• Track and report on marketing performance metrics: open rates, click-through, MQL volume, campaign ROI
• Support the management of our paid social campaigns, primarily LinkedIn, including audience targeting, ad copy, and performance monitoring
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand prospect pain points and ensure marketing materials address them
