About the role

  • Processing debtor correspondence in the PreLegal area: You review objections following dunning notices and coordinate with our clients.
  • Telephone communication (inbound & outbound): You conduct calls with debtors, clients and third parties, e.g., debt counseling services.
  • Handling follow-ups: You manage PreLegal case files and ensure smooth workflows.
  • Coordination with clients: You clarify whether court dunning proceedings should be initiated.
  • Initiating court dunning proceedings: either automated via our collection system or manually via the German courts' online portal.
  • Handling terminations by clients: You responsibly close out the affected portfolios.
  • Preparing settlement statements: You produce negative settlement statements (Negativabrechnungen) in accordance with the collection agreement for our clients.

Requirements

  • You are a registered student (e.g., Law, Business Administration, Legal Administration, Business Law or similar).
  • You work reliably, in a structured manner and enjoy taking responsibility.
  • You enjoy communication — both written and by phone.
  • You are curious about legal processes and eager to learn.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
