About the role

  • Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-grade LAN/WAN networks.
  • Configure and manage Cisco routers and switches, including: Cisco 4331, ISR 4331, 2911, C1111-4P, Cisco Catalyst 9300, 2960.
  • Manage wireless infrastructure including Meraki MR33 access points and MV12 cameras.
  • Administer Cisco UCS systems and Cisco BE6000 CallManager.
  • Configure and monitor AWS-based network devices: Cisco CSR 1000v, Netscaler ADC, Checkpoint firewalls (HA across two AWS regions).
  • Ensure high availability and security across cloud environments.
  • Collaborate with cloud teams to optimize inter-account traffic and firewall policies.
  • Manage Checkpoint 5100 firewalls on-premises and in AWS.
  • Interact with Checkpoint Diamond-support for advanced troubleshooting.
  • Monitor and enforce network security policies and compliance standards.
  • Proactively monitor network performance and availability.
  • Troubleshoot issues across VPN, VoIP (CallManager), and network security layers.
  • Lead incident resolution and root cause analysis.
  • Act as the primary technical point of contact for all network-related requests.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives.
  • Lead strategic projects to improve network scalability and reliability.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of network architecture, configurations, and procedures.
  • Manage lifecycle of network hardware and software assets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in enterprise networking.
  • Strong expertise in Cisco and Checkpoint networking technologies.
  • Preferred AWS cloud networking knowledge.
  • Hands-on experience with firewalls, VPNs, VoIP systems, and monitoring tools.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and project management skills.
  • Preferred Certifications: Cisco CCNP or CCIE, AWS Certified Advanced Networking, Checkpoint Certified Security Expert (CCSE)
