About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own Professional Service Operations to support and drive successful customer engagements
- Execute Post Sales Customer Communication Programs using Gainsight as Cribl’s Customer Success platform
- Support related Customer Experience Programs and Operations at a fast paced technology company, and be exposed to related opportunities at Cribl
- Develop and apply AI tools for increased automation and efficiency
- We are a remote-first company and work happens across many time-zones – you may be required to occasionally perform duties outside your standard working hours
Requirements
What you’ll need- A BA or BS degree from an accredited college or university, ideally in technology, data science, or a related field with Computer Science
- Recent graduate or early in career with 2-3 years of experience in Customer Operations or related fields
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset—you’re comfortable engaging with others and keeping things organized
- Prior internship or campus experience in tech, operations, customer support, or program coordination preferred but not required
- Proven time management skills; you’ve juggled deadlines, group projects, or leadership roles
- Eager to learn, take feedback, and grow in a fast-paced environment
- Solid problem-solving instincts and attention to detail
- Comfortable using tools like Google Workspace, and other communication tools such as Zoom, Slack, etc.
- Preferably located in the San Francisco Bay Area and is able to commute to Cribl’s SF HQ office once per week
