Key responsibilities & impact

serve as a senior technical owner and design authority for Cribl's core IT systems and workflows
own and evolve identity platforms and lifecycle workflows
manage AWS-based IT infrastructure including access patterns
design and maintain automations across the IT stack
provide senior technical ownership of ServiceNow architecture
establish scalable standards for IT-owned systems
support enterprise AI tools and agent frameworks
participate in the on-call rotation for critical incidents

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years in corporate IT or systems engineering
Strong hands-on experience with AWS for internal IT systems
ServiceNow administration capabilities
strong scripting experience using Python, PowerShell, Bash, or similar tools
ability to independently lead technical initiatives
Experience setting up or operating log management and observability platforms
Deep hands-on experience with enterprise identity platforms such as Okta
Demonstrated ownership of macOS and/or Windows endpoint management
