About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Build a highly skilled, self-sufficient technical community within the partner ecosystem
Serve as the primary architectural expert for our National VAR portfolio
Design and execute a technical enablement strategy
Champion the partner-led sales motion
Help partners design and launch profitable professional services practices
Support the initial technical sales motion alongside our partners
Shadow and coach partner SEs through active deal cycles
Document unique data routing use cases

Requirements

What you’ll need

Deep knowledge of IT Operations and Enterprise Security
Strong experience managing data pipeline structures—specifically Logs, Metrics, and Traces (OTel)
Hands-on proficiency with JavaScript and Regex
Strong working mastery of Linux operating systems
Solid understanding of cloud data architectures and modern object storage platforms (e.g., AWS S3, Azure Blob, Snowflake, MinIO)
Proven background in Enterprise Systems Engineering, Technical Professional Services, or high-level Technical Support
Remote-work veteran with curiosity and grit
Experience working remotely
