lead a global Sales Engineering team focused on Search & Lake product lines
own full people leadership responsibilities including hiring, onboarding, and performance management
provide ongoing mentorship to SEs on pre-sales techniques
continually assess and develop technical capabilities of team members
reinforce sales methodology and ensure proper use of CRM
provide periodic performance reviews and development opportunities
support Sales Reps with campaigns and customer management activities
deliver sales presentations and conduct product demonstrations

Requirements

proven ability to communicate effectively in presentations
background of successfully selling into both new and existing customers
ability to teach ways to identify new and existing opportunities
a history of successfully leading a technical pre-sales team
must be able to lead a team and meet quota requirements
bachelor’s degree or equivalent AND 3-5 years of experience in a customer facing role
ability to travel up to 30%
this position may require stand-by, on-call, or off-hours duties
proven self-starter with a motivated attitude
ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
background in Cloud, Security, or AI/ML preferred
