- Own and scale the systems, processes, and analytics that power predictable revenue growth
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to develop scalable processes
- Identify inefficiencies and drive innovation across CRM
- Own end-to-end annual revenue planning cycles
- Establish clear definitions and operating cadence to improve forecast discipline
- Design and operationalize forecasting methodology
- Partner with Sales Leadership and Finance on pipeline coverage models
- Drive initiatives that improve pipeline quality across segments
Requirements
- Proven track record in sales/revenue operations at fast-growing companies
- Advanced data analysis capabilities
- Experience driving annual planning across sales leadership & cross-functional stakeholders
- Effective communicator with strong verbal and written skills
- Enthusiastic self-starter, motivated to thrive in a dynamic environment
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Clari, Excel, and Google Suite
