About the role
- You will be part of the senior sales leadership team. Reporting to the CRO, you will play a key role in developing and executing the sales strategy for our APJ markets
- Inheriting a successful team of 6-10 salespeople, develop, recruit, and lead the team across the region
- Develop and execute on a business plan to predictably exceed revenue goals
- Assist in building and developing the sales ecosystem across multiple disciplines, working with leaders cross functionally to accomplish these goals.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years sales experience
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a full APJ sales leadership role building successful sales teams
- Proven experience predictably delivering against a plan in a fast-paced, multi-disciplined environment
- Previous experience growing and expanding new territories following early success landing lighthouse customers in the region is highly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to develop and ramp sales teams
- Experience with SaaS sales, preferably selling to Security and IT buyers
- Demonstrated experience teaching and utilizing MEDDIC as a framework for success
- Experience leading teams with a consistent pipe gen focus
- A proven background and brand of building with the channel
