About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide customer service and support for clients engaging in cryptoasset buying and selling
Guide clients on using the digital platform and clarify questions during transactions
Perform registration checks and KYC validation according to internal procedures
Monitor and oversee OTC transactions, ensuring speed and accuracy in execution
Log requests, track outstanding items, and keep internal systems up to date
Work collaboratively with Compliance, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure process compliance
Ensure confidentiality of information and adherence to internal policies and procedures.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in a related field
Availability to work rotating shifts, with alternating work and off-day schedules
Willingness to transition from remote to hybrid or on-site work in the future as required by the company
Interest in the financial market, cryptocurrencies, technology, and innovation
Comfort with digital tools and computer literacy (Google Workspace experience is a plus)
Customer service experience is a plus
Basic knowledge of cryptocurrencies, trading, Compliance, or KYC is a plus
Organized, analytical, responsible, detail-oriented, strong communicator, quick learner, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
