Manage user accounts, security settings, roles, and permissions in Salesforce.
Implement and maintain Salesforce customizations including custom fields/objects, layouts, workflows, process builder, flows, and validation rules.
Implement and maintain system integrations with HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Outreach, Zendesk, Zoom, Chorus, Maxio and other systems.
Maintain data integrity by regularly cleaning and validating data; perform regular audits.
Implement process automation to streamline repetitive tasks.
Manage and configure custom objects, fields, page layouts, and record types.
Assist with pipeline management, lead routing, and forecasting; support onboarding and training of new Salesforce users.
Collaborate with teams to assess performance and optimize lead management, account management, and activity tracking.
Create and update simple dashboards and reports for sales and customer success teams; gather feedback from end users.
Troubleshoot system issues and liaise with Salesforce support or third-party vendors; document workflows, configurations, and best practices.
Stay updated on new Salesforce features and releases; identify opportunities for system enhancements and support development of user guides and training materials.
Requirements
Experience in Salesforce Administration.
Salesforce Certified Administrator.
Basic experience in Revenue Operations.
Ability to manage several ongoing Salesforce.com customization projects end-to-end, including gathering requirements, solution design, development, and roll-out to stakeholders.
Strong proficiency with Salesforce.com across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communities and the Force.com platform in a Lightning-based environment.
Demonstrable experience customizing the platform including custom fields, objects, layouts, automation (Workflow, Process Builder, Flow), and validation rules.
Knowledge of Salesforce permissions, roles, reports, dashboards, and logical formulas.
Strong analytical skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
Enthusiasm to learn a new, complex domain and humility to ask for help when needed.
Strong understanding of Excel, BI, and SOQL.
Understanding of DLRS (declarative lookup rollup summaries).
Experience working with fast-growing organizations (asset).
