About the role
- Contribute to product strategy and implement high-priority roadmap items with product, design and sales teams.
- Identify and track key metrics and KPIs tied to customer and business value.
- Participate in and coordinate project status meetings, both internal and with partners.
- Monitor and control project deliverable progress and stakeholder feedback.
- Participate in testing to validate features meet acceptance criteria and maintain product quality.
- Collaborate closely with the technical team to ensure seamless integration and implementation of new features and updates.
- Conduct customer interviews, surveys, and user testing to gather insights that inform product features.
- Translate customer insights into user stories for development and suggest product enhancements to improve UX.
- Participate in agile product rituals to ensure alignment across teams and share learnings with marketing, sales, customer success and support.
- Identify opportunities to improve internal processes, documentation, and communication and propose small improvements.
Requirements
- Post-secondary education in a related discipline or the equivalent experience.
- Experience in a fast growing HealthTech and/or a SaaS/B2B platform business is considered an asset.
- A genuine excitement for solving business problems with software and technology.
- A proven passion for all things tech (UX, Development, Business).
- Knowledge of common technologies in the SaaS space today.
- A “can-do” attitude with the ability to self start and work within ambiguity.
- Strong written and oral communication skills; able to communicate technical details to non-technical audiences.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to pivot and re-prioritize efforts as required.
