About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and their families.
- Handle patient inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience.
- Coordinate appointments, referrals, and follow-up care as needed.
- Communicate effectively with healthcare providers and other staff members to ensure seamless patient care.

- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Adhere to all HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous experience working with patients or in a medical practice setting.
- Demonstrated proficiency in handling patient interactions over the phone or making calls on behalf of doctors.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- An empathetic and compassionate approach to patient care.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare processes preferred.
- Proficiency with computer systems and electronic medical records (EMR) software.
