About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own and manage the full cradle-to-grave cycle, from business development to execution and follow-up
  • Build, grow, and maintain an active book of business
  • Identify and pursue new opportunities through strategic prospecting and consultative selling
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering long-term relationships
  • Oversee end-to-end execution, ensuring timelines, expectations, and service quality are met
  • Handle negotiations, coordination, tracking, and issue resolution independently
  • Continuously monitor performance to optimize revenue and profitability
  • Collaborate with internal support teams for administrative and operational processes when needed

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven experience in a cradle-to-grave role, managing both sales and execution
  • An active and transferable book of business
  • Experience managing revenue-generating client accounts
  • Strong negotiation and consultative selling skills
  • Highly results-driven with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, performance-based environment
  • Excellent communication, relationship management, and problem-solving skills
  • Minimum Technical and Work Environment Requirements: Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps. Backup internet connection with at least 10 Mbps. Backup connection must be capable of supporting work during a power outage. Desktop or laptop equipped with at least: Intel Core i5 (8th generation or newer), Intel Core i3 (10th generation or newer), AMD Ryzen 5, or an equivalent processor. A minimum of 8 GB RAM. Backup Device: Must meet or exceed the performance of an Intel Core i3 processor. Must be functional during power interruptions. A functioning webcam. A noise-canceling USB headset. A quiet, dedicated home office space. Peripherals and Workspace: A smartphone for communication and verification purposes.
