About the role

  • Assist in organizing and managing the success team's email inbox
  • Sort and prioritize emails to ensure efficient communication and timely responses
  • Coordinate with different teams to schedule meetings and send calendar invites
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve customer inquiries and escalate issues as needed
  • Support the organization of files and folders in the Success drive, ensuring all documents are correctly labeled and categorized
  • Assist in maintaining the status of projects by moving folders to appropriate statuses such as Active, Paid, or Inactive
  • Work closely with team members to ensure easy accessibility and navigation of files in the drive
  • Aid in updating and aligning company profiles in CrewHub and HubSpot with accurate and consistent information
  • Assist in verifying and updating company details to ensure data integrity and alignment with current company developments
  • Keep Microsoft Teams groups updated and conduct an audit to ensure only active contractors are added to the correct groups
  • Keep MS Teams groups active by sending and replying to messages every day
  • Assist CSM in conducting check-in meetings with contractors
  • Send monthly reports about the status of contractor meetings and specific escalations
  • Assist in managing contact profiles in HubSpot by removing contractors from the contacts associated with companies
  • Support the maintenance of an up-to-date database by verifying and updating contact information as necessary

Requirements

  • - Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a relevant degree program (Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, etc.)
  • - Can Work 9:00 AM – 1 PM EST
  • - Can work in a fast-paced working environment
  • - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • - Strong admin, time-management, and organizational skills
  • - Basic knowledge of G Suite applications (Gmail, Google Drive, Google Docs, etc.)
  • - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • - Eagerness to learn and contribute to the success of the team
  • - Can render a minimum of 400 hours
  • **Minimum Technical and Work Environment Requirements:**
  • - **Internet Connection:**
  • - Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of **15 Mbps**.
  • - Backup internet connection with at least **10 Mbps**.
  • - Backup connection must be capable of supporting work during a power outage.
  • - **Primary Device:**
  • - Desktop or laptop equipped with at least:
  • - **Intel Core i5 (8th generation or newer)**, **Intel Core i3 (10th generation or newer)**, **AMD Ryzen 5**, or an equivalent processor.
  • - A minimum of **8 GB RAM**.
  • - **Backup Device:**
  • - Must meet or exceed the performance of an **Intel Core i3** processor.
  • - Must be functional during power interruptions.
  • - A functioning **webcam**.
  • - A **noise-canceling USB headset**.
  • - A **quiet, dedicated home office space**.
  • - **Peripherals and Workspace:** A **smartphone** for communication and verification purposes.
