About the role
- You will be the key point of contact for technical and operational issues, ensuring partner satisfaction and continuity:
- Tier 1/2 Ticket Management and Triage: Serve as the initial point of contact, efficiently managing and triaging incoming support requests (tickets) from partners. You will resolve Tier 1 issues directly and accurately escalate Tier 2 technical or complex operational problems to the appropriate internal team
- License and Configuration Management: Handle all partner-related administrative tasks, including processing license adjustments, managing product entitlements, and updating system configurations to ensure partners have the correct access and setup
- Product + Operational Issue Resolution: Investigate, diagnose, and resolve a wide range of issues covering both product functionality and operational workflows. This requires cross-functional collaboration to deliver timely and thorough solutions
Requirements
- Proven experience in a data analysis, business intelligence, or reporting role
- Exceptional skills in data manipulation, cleaning, and visualization
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy
- Experience with analytics platforms and dashboard administration (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, internal tools)
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly to non-technical audiences
- Minimum Technical and Work Environment Requirements:
- Internet Connection: Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps. Backup internet connection with at least 10 Mbps. Backup connection must be capable of supporting work during a power outage.
- Primary Device: Desktop or laptop equipped with at least: Intel Core i5 (8th generation or newer), Intel Core i3 (10th generation or newer), AMD Ryzen 5, or an equivalent processor. A minimum of 8 GB RAM.
- Backup Device: Must meet or exceed the performance of an Intel Core i3 processor. Must be functional during power interruptions.
- A functioning webcam.
- A noise-canceling USB headset.
- A quiet, dedicated home office space.
- Peripherals and Workspace: A smartphone for communication and verification purposes.
