About the role

  • Develop, maintain, and deliver regular reports on key partner metrics, including license utilization, activation rates, and comprehensive engagement metrics to provide a clear view of partner health
  • Fulfill ad-hoc requests for deep-dive analysis and provide customized data cuts to support strategic initiatives and executive decision-making
  • Ensure the highest level of data quality, accuracy, and consistency across all partner records and attributes. You will be the champion of clean data
  • Serve as the primary administrator for our Partner Analytics Dashboard, managing user access, system configuration, and ensuring the dashboard provides a reliable, insightful experience for all stakeholders

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a data analysis, business intelligence, or reporting role
  • Exceptional skills in data manipulation, cleaning, and visualization
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy
  • Experience with analytics platforms and dashboard administration (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, internal tools)
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly to non-technical audiences
  • Minimum Technical and Work Environment Requirements:
  • Internet Connection: Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps. Backup internet connection with at least 10 Mbps. Backup connection must be capable of supporting work during a power outage.
  • Primary Device: Desktop or laptop equipped with at least: Intel Core i5 (8th generation or newer), Intel Core i3 (10th generation or newer), AMD Ryzen 5, or an equivalent processor. A minimum of 8 GB RAM.
  • Backup Device: Must meet or exceed the performance of an Intel Core i3 processor. Must be functional during power interruptions. A functioning webcam. A noise-canceling USB headset. A quiet, dedicated home office space.
  • Peripherals and Workspace: A smartphone for communication and verification purposes.
