About the role

  • Prospect, research, and engage with developer, data, and IT leaders across key industries
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule discovery meetings for Account Executives
  • Run creative multi-channel outbound campaigns (email, calls, social, events)
  • Understand CrewAI’s platform, customer use cases, and value drivers to position effectively
  • Partner with Marketing on event follow-up, campaigns, and lead conversion
  • Maintain accurate records in our CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce) and track key metrics

Requirements

  • Highly motivated and excited to launch or accelerate your career in Sales
  • Curious and proactive — you enjoy learning about new technologies and business models
  • Excellent written and verbal communicator who thrives in high-tempo, goal-driven environments
  • Comfortable with outbound activity, learning from rejection, and refining your approach
  • Organized and data-driven, with experience using CRM or sales tools (preferred)
  • Bonus: Prior experience or interest in AI/ML, developer tools, or technical products
