Key responsibilities & impact

Build a world-class AI Agent partner ecosystem that drives revenue and successful customer outcomes
Equip partners with the tools, skills, and confidence needed for Cresta AI Agents
Collaborate closely with Partner Leadership, Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams
Design and deliver enablement programs for partners
Develop deep expertise in Cresta AI Agents and create comprehensive enablement programs
Deliver scalable partner readiness and accreditation programs through various methods
Track and report on partner readiness and training effectiveness
Collaborate closely with Engineering and Product teams to develop partner-specific enablement assets

Requirements

What you’ll need

6+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Partner Engineering, Customer Success, or similar roles
5+ years of experience working in the Contact Center space
Experience working with ISV, SI, and BPO partners in SaaS or enterprise technology environments
Desire to be a platform expert and provide technical guidance
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams
Excellent communication skills — able to explain complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences
Strong project management and organizational skills
