About the role
- Drive operational excellence across the product organization: designing, implementing, and managing scalable processes for product planning, release management, and cross-functional coordination.
- Own product metrics, ensuring the product team has reliable access to metrics, dashboards, and customer feedback to inform decisions.
- Partner with Product Managers and Engineering to ensure efficient execution of product initiatives, including sprint planning, launch readiness, and retrospectives.
- Build and optimize feedback loops between customer-facing teams (Customer Success, Sales, Support) and Product - enabling faster prioritization and iteration.
- Support the go-to-market process by coordinating cross-functional stakeholders and ensuring clear communication and enablement across teams before and after launches.
- Standardize documentation and playbooks, ensuring consistent communication and knowledge sharing across the organization.
Requirements
- 3–7 years of experience in Product Operations, Program Management, or Strategy & Operations roles, ideally in a SaaS or high-growth technology company.
- Strong systems and process thinking, with a proven ability to turn ambiguity into structure and drive alignment across multiple teams.
- Experience partnering cross functionally with stakeholders to deliver projects or launches.
- Analytical and data-driven mindset: skilled at working with product metrics, user feedback, and operational data to inform decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; you can turn complex problems into clear narratives.
- Hands-on operator who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments and is comfortable both in strategic discussions and tactical execution.
- Passion for AI, automation, and improving how teams build and deliver products.
