About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own the strategy and execution for key areas of Crescendo's customer experience platform, aligning product plans with measurable quality and business outcomes.
Use modern AI tools to prototype agent workflows, refine prompt structures, and establish robust evaluation frameworks, guardrails, and telemetry for production quality.
Design the balance between automation and human oversight, including escalation paths, workspace tools, auditability, and safety controls.
Spend dedicated time with enterprise clients to understand constraints, translate user feedback into actionable requirements, and drive feature adoption.
Partner across Engineering, Forward Deployed Experts, and Leadership to align technical architecture, streamline product launches, and navigate cross-team dependencies.

Requirements

What you’ll need

4+ years of Product Management experience shipping technical enterprise software, developer platforms, or complex workflow automation products.
Hands-on experience building with AI, including direct exposure to Large Language Models (LLMs), agentic workflows, multi-step orchestration, or tool integration.
Startup Agility & Ownership: Proven ability to manage your own work autonomously, navigate organizational ambiguity, and lead zero-to-one product initiatives in fast-paced environments.
Technical Acumen: Comfortable diving into technical details with engineering teams, including APIs, data models, retrieval, tool usage, and evaluation systems.
Builder Mindset: Direct experience using AI coding, prototyping, and modern developer tools to build working proofs of concept and validate product ideas quickly.
Customer-Centric Instincts: Strong track record of converting complex enterprise customer problems into clear, scalable product requirements and intuitive workflows.
