• Assist the Project Manager in managing multiple capital projects to successful outcomes
• Establish a positive working association with colleagues
• Apply logic and technical knowledge toward sound judgement and decisions
• Prepare letters, reports, meeting minutes, dashboards and other documents clearly, effectively and efficiently
• Communicate ideas in a confident, convincing, polite and professional manner
• Apply critical thinking and logic to problem solving
• Develop working knowledge of building engineering systems and construction techniques
• Track ongoing project costs against established project budget
• Maintain project schedules and support project close-out, start-up and training

Assistant Project Manager

• Manage multiple healthcare projects to successful outcomes
• Ensure a high level of accountability on all projects
• Oversee a team and provide support and guidance
• Communicate effectively with team members and resolve conflicts
• Follow the project management process from initiation to completion
