About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Set and implement pricing strategy for automotive, industrial, distribution, and energy markets
  • Own direct and channel product pricing
  • Manage price books for released products
  • Coordinate with marketing and product management on pending new product releases
  • Liaise with sales on annual customer contracts and own the contract process
  • Participate in Tier 1 negotiations in real time
  • Work with account teams and marketing to support annual business plans and forecasts

  • Understand cost models and support product pricing strategies
  • Generate business analytics and trend analysis for global business units
  • Perform additional duties or assignments designated by management

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 5+ years of pricing or pricing management experience
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-changing environment
  • History of collaborating across organizational boundaries, especially with high volume manufacturing teams
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Understanding and implementation of multiple marketing tools and approaches
  • Proven track record supporting customers, direct sales, and distribution sales partners
  • Understanding of semiconductor component markets and customers
