Key responsibilities & impact- Own Wolfspeed’s global sales and business development strategy
- Drive and enforce commercial strategy execution across regions and segments
- Own and drive global business development programs for priority technologies
- Define and drive global new customer acquisition and early-stage pipeline priorities
- Own and drive the global G2M strategy
- Define and track global commercial KPIs
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree preferred, or equivalent working experience
- 10+ years’ experience in semiconductor industry
- 5+ years’ experience in sales, marketing or related roles
- Exhibits sales “hunting” behaviors
- Ability to clearly define, track, and hold teams accountable towards commercial KPIs
