About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for designing learning experiences, developing educational content, and ensuring the pedagogical quality of both in-person and digital training to promote engagement and effective learning.
Develop content for classroom, online, blended, synchronous and asynchronous trainings on the platform, and keep them organized and up to date;
Create presentations, workbooks, videos, scripts, manuals, assessments, and digital materials;
Structure learning paths and development journeys in the LMS/LXP platform;
Define pedagogical and visual identity standards for trainings;
Collaborate with business subject-matter experts to gather and validate content;
Align the content and format of in-person trainings with Training Instructors;
Develop storytelling strategies and user-centered learning approaches;
Participate in the design of gamified actions and journeys (missions, leaderboards, challenges, and scoring);
Monitor content effectiveness through reaction surveys, learning assessments, and engagement metrics;
Propose continuous improvements based on feedback and results obtained.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in Instructional Design or content development for Corporate Learning;
Experience creating classroom and digital trainings;
Experience with LMS and/or LXP platforms;
Experience interacting with business areas to gather content;
Preferred experience in retail, payment methods, financial services, or fintechs.
Instructional Design;
Andragogy;
Storytelling applied to learning;
Gamification;
Design Thinking and Learning Journey (UX Learning);
Image and video editing tools (Canva, Adobe Express, or similar);
Advanced Office suite skills, especially Microsoft PowerPoint;
Written communication techniques;
LMS and/or LXP;
Active learning methodologies, 6D, CAV (Experiential Learning Cycle).
Desirable knowledge of commercial processes and customer service;
Knowledge of financial products and credit card products will be considered a differential.
