About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for cash reconciliation tasks, account settlements, collections, bank reconciliations, armored transport (cash-in-transit) coordination, and cash closing;
  • Support the team with collection/revenue processes;
  • Drive process improvements with a focus on efficiency;

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Knowledge of accounts receivable processes;
  • Bank reconciliation, CNAB remittance and return files, and CNAB file layouts;
  • Issuance and settlement of receivable entries;
  • Reimbursements;
  • Cash closing;
  • Payment methods and basic accounting knowledge;
  • Intermediate Excel;
  • Power BI;
  • Knowledge of ERP Sapiens, SAP, and programming languages (SQL, Python) are a plus.
