About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Handle consumer complaints, with experience in Reclame Aqui / Consumidor.Gov / legal actions / Procon;
  • Receive and record customer complaints and submissions;
  • Perform first-level customer contact and seek immediate solutions;
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction;
  • Classify and prioritize requests;
  • Forward customer complaints and coordinate with other departments to resolve issues;
  • Prepare reports on complaints and present improvement suggestions, seeking supervisory support when needed;
  • Be proactive, create PPT slide presentations, and demonstrate strong presentation and communication skills;
  • Extract performance indicator reports;
  • Manage action plans (open and monitor progress) and develop them with supervisory support/review.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree completed (preferably in Business Administration, Communications, Law, Education/Pedagogy, or Information Technology);
  • Basic knowledge of customer service management tools, including Hugme (Reclame Aqui) and Cons.Gov (Consumidor.gov);
  • Basic knowledge of consumer protection legislation;
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams, and OneDrive).
