About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Orchestrate the development and manage Credsystem's portfolio of strategic projects.
  • Develop, implement and disseminate methodology and governance for the project portfolio.
  • Ensure alignment between OKRs and the prioritization of strategic initiatives, as well as investments and resources.
  • Actively map interdependencies between initiatives and facilitate corporate-level prioritization.
  • Promote governance, ensuring an appropriate cadence for active portfolio monitoring and removal of blockers.
  • Monitor project status and produce performance reports and dashboards.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree (completed).
  • Proficiency in portfolio management methodologies (e.g., RTS, McKinsey) and change management.
  • Strong analytical and strategic capabilities.
  • Ability to influence and mobilize stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience building and managing performance indicators (OKRs) and value capture.
