Ombudsman Analyst – Junior

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Receive and record ombudsman inquiries;
- Prepare monthly reports and propose improvements with support from supervision;
- Classify and prioritize requests;
- Assess the information gathered in each submission, identify the issue, and analyze compliance with internal policies and procedures;
- Monitor the progress of requests;
- Record requests received through available service channels (phone, e-mail and Bacen);
- Provide relevant responses and solutions to requests, collaborating with other departments to ensure accurate issue resolution;
- Ensure courteous and efficient customer service, demonstrating empathy and professionalism from the beginning to the end of each request;
- Ensure that requests comply with internal policy; when they do not, open an Action Plan to address the root cause with support from supervision.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Ticket management;
- Basic knowledge of consumer protection legislation;
- Basic Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams, and OneDrive);
