About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Receive and record ombudsman inquiries;
  • Prepare monthly reports and propose improvements with support from supervision;
  • Classify and prioritize requests;
  • Assess the information gathered in each submission, identify the issue, and analyze compliance with internal policies and procedures;
  • Monitor the progress of requests;
  • Record requests received through available service channels (phone, e-mail and Bacen);
  • Provide relevant responses and solutions to requests, collaborating with other departments to ensure accurate issue resolution;
  • Ensure courteous and efficient customer service, demonstrating empathy and professionalism from the beginning to the end of each request;
  • Ensure that requests comply with internal policy; when they do not, open an Action Plan to address the root cause with support from supervision.
