About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Validate, verify and post commission payouts.
  • Request store registrations and updates, ensuring information is kept up to date.
  • Provide support to the external sales team, answering questions and assisting with issue resolution.
  • Align and negotiate priorities with the sales team and other internal departments.
  • Identify inconsistencies, operational issues and improvement opportunities, and follow up on required corrections.
  • Prepare and distribute information updates to the sales team.
  • Monitor and oversee automated routines, ensuring they function correctly.
  • Control and monitor supplier/vendor payments.
  • Keep the area’s process manuals up to date.
  • Ensure compliance with processes, deadlines and internal policies.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Previous experience in commercial/sales areas, administrative roles, commercial operations or internal customer service.
  • Experience with control activities, data verification, registrations, payments or commission processing is a plus.
  • Experience supporting sales teams and liaising with internal departments.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Excel and Outlook.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
  • Knowledge of administrative, financial and commercial processes.
  • Organized and detail-oriented.
  • Analytical skills for identifying and resolving problems.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple concurrent tasks.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
  • Ability to negotiate and align priorities with different departments.
  • Proactive in seeking process improvements.
  • Agility and commitment to meeting deadlines.
