Innovation Intern, Service UX Design
credsystemIntern position supporting innovation processes and design thinking for Credsystem. Engaging in project management, user research, and collaborative design activities.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the evolution of the company's innovation culture and processes by applying Design Thinking and Service Design principles to projects, events and ongoing initiatives — from discovery through experimentation to communicating results.
- Internal innovation program management: support the operation of the Ideas Program (collection, screening and follow-up of ideas).
- Organization of culture projects and events: assist with Innovation Week, hackathons, meetups and dissemination activities (internal/external communication), including logistics, content and participation/engagement metrics.
- Liaison with hubs and open innovation: map and organize contacts with startups/hubs, support benchmarking, technical visits and open challenges with the market (including platforms and partners).
- Discovery processes for internal improvements: conduct immersion activities (field observation, interviews), stakeholder mapping, journey and process mapping; support analysis of qualitative and quantitative data and synthesis of insights.
- Facilitation of Design Thinking activities: prepare and lead sessions such as the CSD Matrix, How Might We?, mind maps, proto-personas and discussion rounds; consolidate results into clear artifacts.
- Documentation and communication: produce presentation materials, progress reports, playbooks and communication content to give visibility to innovation initiatives.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently enrolled (from the 3rd semester onward): Design or related fields.
- Basic knowledge of Design Thinking, Service Design, user research (quantitative/qualitative) and journey/process mapping.
- Organizational skills, written/visual communication and ability to collaborate across multiple teams.
- Academic or practical experience in facilitating design activities, discovery and insight analysis.
- Familiarity with open innovation and working with startups/hubs.
- Basic knowledge of experience measurement (e.g., NPS, engagement in internal events).
- (Optional) Interest in prototyping tools and, where applicable, low-code platforms used in internal challenges.
