About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct and monitor operational routines for cards and invoices.
Monitor card production and embossing processes.
Monitor card mailing/dispatch process.
Control card inventory and validate information with embossing vendors.
Manage and coordinate replenishment of in-store card inventory in both express and centralized modalities.
Identify and resolve operational inconsistencies.
Monitor and validate invoice processing and delivery.
Handle operational requests from the Commercial team.
Organize and maintain operational controls for the area.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience with operational routines for cards and invoices.
Experience processing, validating, and monitoring physical and/or digital invoices.
Experience with card production, embossing, dispatch/expedition, and mailing.
Experience controlling and monitoring operational processes and handling inconsistencies with suppliers and commercial teams.
Knowledge of operational card processes, including issuance, production, dispatch, and mailing.
Experience with invoice processing, operational calendars, and validation.
Data reconciliation between internal systems and vendors.
Inventory and stock control.
Monitoring SLAs and resolving operational inconsistencies.
Advanced Excel.
Knowledge of Databricks is considered a plus.
