About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Prepare customer reimbursement processes;
- Validate payments;
- Adjust debits and credits on statements/payment booklets;
- Reopen payments on statements/payment booklets;
- Cancel and reinstate contracts.
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience in Back Office operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
