About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Define and review pricing strategies for credit products (e.g., credit card, personal loan, installment financing, etc.)
Develop and monitor pricing models considering risk, customer behavior, and business objectives.
Analyze price elasticity and demand behavior, identifying opportunities to optimize revenue.
Build and track profitability metrics (margin, ROI, contribution, incremental revenue, etc.).
Perform scenario simulations (pricing, campaigns, credit policies) and assess their financial impacts.
Collaborate with teams such as Risk, Product, Marketing, BI, and Finance.
Structure and automate analyses using robust databases.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field is required.
Proven experience in pricing credit products or financial services, with prior roles at financial institutions, fintechs, or financial retail.
Experience with A/B testing and dynamic pricing.
Preferred: experience with products such as credit cards, bill installment programs, or personal loans.
Advanced knowledge of pricing modeling, price elasticity metrics, and financial profitability indicators.
Strong analytical capability and experience working with large volumes of data.
Advanced Excel skills (modeling, simulations, dashboards), PowerPoint for executive presentations, and Databricks (data manipulation and analysis).
Knowledge of statistical analysis and data modeling.
Proficiency in SQL and/or Python applied to data analysis.
