About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design communications with other company departments and document processing workflows using Quadient Inspire (Designer, Interactive & Inspire Automation/Scaler);
Develop and configure applications and templates on the Quadient Inspire platform to ensure efficient and effective document production;
Write, maintain and optimize scripts and code to automate document processing and data extraction using configuration-driven design methodologies;
Perform thorough testing and debugging of Quadient Inspire solutions to ensure high-quality, error-free production;
Diagnose and resolve issues related to document composition, formatting, data integration and output generation;
Integrate Quadient Inspire with other systems and platforms, such as CRM, ERP or other content management systems;
Provide guidance and support to end users on Quadient Inspire functionality, best practices and problem resolution;
Identify opportunities for process improvement and propose innovative solutions to increase efficiency and effectiveness;
Maintain documentation and version control for applications, templates and Quadient Inspire configurations;
Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards in document management and customer communications.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Required professional experience with the following tools and technologies: AWS; S3; CentOS; Linux; SOAPUI; Postman; JMeter; GIT; Docker; Kubernetes; Tomcat; REST WS; SOAP WS; Integration; API Design; Windows; RedHat Ansible; Project Management; Agile/Scrum; electronic signature process management technologies; document archiving and retrieval technologies.
University degree: Computer Engineering or Production Engineering; Information Technology; Computer Science; Mathematics or related fields.
Languages: Fluent English — important for updates and information exchange when necessary. Spanish is desirable.
