About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- What will your day-to-day look like? 💼
- Identify, attract and select the best talent for the organization, ensuring technical quality and cultural fit, with agility and an excellent candidate experience.
- Main responsibilities
- Profile alignment: Conduct briefing meetings with hiring managers to define technical and behavioral requirements and SLAs (timelines) for the role.
- Sourcing and attraction: Use active sourcing techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, talent pools, social media) to find passive, qualified candidates.
- Screening and selection: Screen resumes, conduct phone/virtual screenings and competency-based interviews.
- Assessment: Administer and analyze behavioral and technical assessments or practical case studies.
- Process management: Manage the full recruitment workflow in the ATS.
- Offer and feedback: Lead the offer process, salary negotiation and provide feedback to both successful and unsuccessful candidates.
- Metrics (KPIs): Monitor recruitment metrics for continuous improvement.

- Professional experience in recruitment and selection.
- Bachelor’s degree completed.
- Availability for a temporary contract under the CLT model.
