About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for understanding and identifying the best solutions to mediate customer conflicts, following the company's internal policies, working to build customer loyalty through excellent service, and ensuring the correct recording and handling of customer complaints and inquiries.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Extensive experience in customer service centers and complaint platforms such as Reclame Aqui, Consumidor.gov.br, and SAC.
- University degree completed (preferably in Business Administration, Social Communication, Law, Pedagogy, or Information Technology).
- Basic knowledge of customer service management tools.
- Familiarity with consumer protection legislation.
- Basic Office suite skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams, and OneDrive).
