About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage corporate OKRs (creation, maintenance, and updates) and related governance rituals (QBRs and check-ins)
  • Conduct strategic studies and analyses of gaps/opportunities for improvement based on the OKRs
  • Facilitate alignment between OKRs and the prioritization of strategic initiatives.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in strategic planning, financial planning, product management, or corporate projects.
  • Experience in financial institutions is desirable.
  • Experience building and managing OKRs/performance indicators is a plus.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with corporate OKRs/performance indicator construction is a differential.
