UX Researcher, Mid-level

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Plan, conduct, and analyze user research and usability tests (exploratory, evaluative, and continuous);
- Define appropriate methodological approaches for each problem (e.g., interviews, usability testing, surveys, etc.);
- Generate clear, actionable insights to support product decisions;
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Product Designers, and stakeholders;
- Support prioritization of opportunities based on evidence;
- Structure and maintain research repositories and user knowledge bases;
- Contribute to the creation of personas, customer journeys, and experience maps;
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree (completed);
- Extensive prior experience as a UX Researcher, Product Researcher, or in similar roles;
- Experience conducting end-to-end qualitative and quantitative research;
- Familiarity with product metrics and data analysis;
- Experience working with Product, Design, and Technology teams;
- Participation in digital projects (apps, web platforms, digital services);
- Ability to translate data into practical product recommendations;
- Extensive experience in technology companies, fintechs, banks, or large-scale digital products;
- Experience with experimentation (A/B testing);
- Extensive experience with Research Ops;
