About the role
- You will work in the Advanced Analytics area that serves all other business units, delivering analytical solutions that guide decision-making and drive results;
- Serve as a technical reference in data analysis, supporting decisions by translating requirements into analytical solutions and proposing new approaches;
- Conduct exploratory analyses, hypothesis testing, and advanced studies, turning findings into actionable recommendations;
- Ensure quality in model development and adhere to best practices in data modeling and data governance;
- Contribute to the technical growth of the team.
Requirements
- Desirable knowledge of payment systems (preferably credit cards and related financial products).
- Strong experience developing supervised and unsupervised statistical models across the entire credit lifecycle (credit risk, new product activation, recovery/collections, fraud);
- Experience with segmentation models (clustering);
- Experience monitoring models in production;
- Strong data analysis skills and ability to manipulate large volumes of information;
- Experience working in high-volume data environments.
- Machine learning (regressions, clustering);
- Model deployment and monitoring;
- Proficiency in SQL and Python using Databricks;
- Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI);
- Development of dashboards in Excel and Power BI.
