About the role

  • Participate in client meetings alongside the sales team for complex negotiations, onboarding, and ongoing support, ensuring successful adoption of solutions;
  • Act as the bridge between internal and external technical teams, the client's business units, and the internal sales team, ensuring technical solutions are effectively communicated and delivered to clients;
  • Draft technical and commercial proposals aligned with clients' needs;
  • Coordinate project timelines, performing follow-ups with all stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery, successful outcomes, and ongoing adoption of the solution;
  • Serve as a reference on client context and product functionality within the credit and collections process for both technical and sales teams, helping clarify questions and conducting training;
  • Monitor the customer experience post-implementation to ensure satisfaction, resolve issues, and identify improvement opportunities;
  • Develop strategies for customer retention and account expansion, promoting engagement and adoption of new platform features;
  • Use and update demand and project management systems to provide visibility into project status and contribute to company KPIs;
  • Prepare support and training materials for internal teams regarding client context and practical product applications;
  • Hold regular meetings with internal teams to communicate status, update requests, and improve the customer journey;
  • Proactively work to minimize churn and maximize customer satisfaction and perceived value.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Project Management, Engineering, or related fields;
  • Experience supporting technical sales and analytics;
  • Experience in customer service and customer success;
  • Experience in project management;
  • Strong data focus;
  • Proficient with Office suite (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Word);
  • Highly proactive, self-starting profile;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills;
  • Innovative, creative, and curious mindset;
  • Strong problem-solving skills;
  • Emotional intelligence to work with diverse stakeholders;
  • Systems thinking and an analytical mindset.
