About the role
- Process and verify payroll (salaries, vacation, 13th salary, commissions, terminations and payroll taxes/contributions).
- Manage eSocial, EFD-Reinf and other statutory filings and obligations.
- Ensure compliance with current labor and social security legislation (PLR, PPRA, PCMSO, NR01).
- Oversee hires, terminations, leaves of absence and benefits administration.
- Handle settlement and reporting for INSS, FGTS, IRRF and other statutory contributions.
- Prepare analytical payroll reports, cost analyses and HR/Payroll KPIs.
- Collaborate closely with accounting, legal and other internal departments.
Requirements
- Minimum 10+ years' proven experience as a Payroll/Personnel (Departamento Pessoal) Analyst.
- Strong knowledge of payroll processing, social charges and personnel routines.
- Proficiency with eSocial and related statutory obligations.
- Up-to-date knowledge of labor and social security legislation.
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis).
- Analytical, organized and detail-oriented profile.
- Ability to work to deadlines and handle confidential information.
- Nice to have: experience with Power BI or Excel automation and an interest in AI.
