About the role

  • Process and verify payroll (salaries, vacation, 13th salary, commissions, terminations and payroll taxes/contributions).
  • Manage eSocial, EFD-Reinf and other statutory filings and obligations.
  • Ensure compliance with current labor and social security legislation (PLR, PPRA, PCMSO, NR01).
  • Oversee hires, terminations, leaves of absence and benefits administration.
  • Handle settlement and reporting for INSS, FGTS, IRRF and other statutory contributions.
  • Prepare analytical payroll reports, cost analyses and HR/Payroll KPIs.
  • Collaborate closely with accounting, legal and other internal departments.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10+ years' proven experience as a Payroll/Personnel (Departamento Pessoal) Analyst.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll processing, social charges and personnel routines.
  • Proficiency with eSocial and related statutory obligations.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of labor and social security legislation.
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis).
  • Analytical, organized and detail-oriented profile.
  • Ability to work to deadlines and handle confidential information.
  • Nice to have: experience with Power BI or Excel automation and an interest in AI.
