Development and implementation of the overall strategy for the retail deposit business (current accounts, instant access savings, term deposits) from the ground up, including defining and specifying all process requirements
Derivation and implementation of pricing strategies, taking into account liquidity needs, market environment and competitive landscape
Analysis and advisory on process and system design to optimize key liquidity and control metrics (LCR, NSFR, IRRBB)
Development and enhancement of KPI-based control models (e.g., volume growth, deposit stability, cost of funds, acquisition costs)
Ensuring regulatory compliance (consumer protection, deposit insurance, MaRisk, CRR) and active participation in product approval and policy processes
Close collaboration with Treasury/ALM, Controlling, Operations, Marketing and IT as well as functional management of relevant interfaces
Development and maintenance of a clearly structured operating model including roles, processes and controls
Participation in the bank's strategic transformation program with significant subject-matter responsibility in the area of retail deposits

Requirements

Many years of relevant professional experience in a bank (including professional training and further education)
Several years of experience in retail banking, particularly in deposit management, ALM or treasury
Excellent knowledge of ALM, liquidity metrics (LCR/NSFR), interest rate management and digital product management
Experience in building or scaling deposit products
Strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as high numeracy
High reliability, integrity, entrepreneurial thinking and a proactive, structured working style
Communication skills, resilience and flexibility in a dynamic transformation environment
Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken; French language skills are an advantage
